Kirsten founded County Recruitment (UK) Ltd in 2005 and has over 10 years experience within various sectors of the recruitment industry. Kirsten felt strongly that Stamford and the surrounding rural areas were in desperate need of a recruitment agency that is committed and focused not only to supply business’s with high quality temporary and permanent staff but who would also provide a complete solution for all areas of personnel. This means that County Recruitment (UK) Ltd is not considered a supplier by their clients but an extension of their business. County Recruitment (UK) Ltd has a clear focus, to be embedded in the community as the natural choice for those who are seeking a local recruitment service for both businesses’s and people.

Zoë joined County Recruitment in 2007 as Temporaries Controller after working within Recruitment in Peterborough for just over a year. Zoë a graduate, originally from the local area was keen to be able to develop long lasting relationships with her clients and candidates and provide a top level customer service and professionalism that is key to running a successful temporary desk. I love working for County Recruitment (UK) ltd, we are different from any other agency, and we all work hard towards the same goals as a team. Kirsten’s commitment to providing a very open and honest service means clients and candidates can be assured that when they come to us they will receive a service that is second to none!

With over 10 years experience within operations, HR and recruitment, Heather moved back from London where she had successfully built relationships with a diverse client base , to work with County Recruitment, supporting senior level positions and business development. County Recruitment (UK) ltd has been a refreshing change. After years working in London it is great to return to an area where local relationships and cultural fit are paramount to our success. We take time to understand the client needs as well as to explore the possibilites with candidates, resulting in a comprehensive process which ensures a mutually beneficial result .
